Voice control and integrations:
wBox app:
Control two electrical circuits locally (without the Internet) and remotely from anywhere in the world using a smartphone or computer. Create scenes and groups that allow you to control multiple BleBox controllers simultaneously.
With the WiFi controller “switchBoxD DC DIN” you can turn on, turn off, or turn on for a specified time up to two devices with 5-30V DC or 230V AC! (voltage-free contact)
You can also use the “switchBoxD DC DIN” in push-pull mode, for example, to switch the windings (speeds) of a fan or heat recovery unit.
A schedule with an astronomical clock function allows control at a specified time and/or at sunrise and sunset based on your geographical location. You can adjust the calculated sunrise and sunset times to suit your needs!
For example: automatically turn on watering for 15 minutes at sunrise
The WiFi controller “switchBoxD DC DIN” is powered by a safe voltage of 12-24V DC, making it suitable for FELV, PELV, and SELV systems.
The 12-24V DC power supply and support for ELV (extra low voltage) on the inputs/outputs make the “switchBoxD DC DIN” ideal for industrial automation applications.
A smart home should think for you, so don’t control it manually. Instead, connect the outputs of smoke detectors, motion sensors, etc., to the inputs of the “switchBoxD DC DIN” controller to enable automatic control actions.
You can connect up to 2 signals (12 – 230V AC or DC) to the controller and configure notifications or control actions based on these signals for the same or other BleBox devices.
Due to its support for ELV (extra low voltage) on the power supply, inputs, and outputs, the WiFi controller “switchBoxD DC DIN” is ideal for integration with other automation systems or alarm systems.
For example, the inputs (12-230V AC/DC) allow you to directly connect a signal from the alarm control panel, which is triggered when the alarm is armed (without an expansion module). You can read this signal to wirelessly close all shutters and turn off all lights. Meanwhile, the voltage-free outputs (30V DC / 230V AC) allow you to control alarm functions or other automation system functions.
A smart home should expand possibilities, not limit them. Therefore, you can connect two independently operating buttons (either 12-24V DC or 230V AC) to the “”switchBoxD DC DIN.””
You can use either bell (monostable) or candlestick (bistable) buttons. You can configure their behavior freely in the wBox app!
If proper wiring is unavailable, you can use “actionBox”, “actionBoxS”, or “proxiBox” modules to create buttons without running wires. These controllers send commands via the local WiFi network (without the Internet).
In combination with Google Home and Amazon Alexa voice assistants, you can control devices with your voice.
Give a voice command to your smartphone, Google speaker or Alexa.
You can also pair the WiFi controller “switchBoxD DC DIN” with:
These remotes connect directly to the device via μWiFi (they do not require a WiFi network to operate). A single remote can be paired with multiple receivers, and multiple remotes can be paired with a single receiver.
*For residential areas over 50-70m² or in cases where distribution boards are located in garages or basements, please check the μWiFi range of the remotes in advance.
Utilize BleBox sensors to wirelessly control the “switchBoxD DC DIN” via WiFi network, for instance:
BleBox controllers with the note “DIN” are intended for mounting on a DIN rail in a plastic distribution box.
In addition, the “switchBox DIN” controller is equipped with a built-in backlight that informs about the operating status.
