Our products are manufactured in Poland while maintaining the highest quality standards. They are designed to operate successfully for a long period. We believe that users should replace devices when they want to, not when they break.
If, while using BleBox devices, you encounter problems that cannot be solved by our technical support or the product stops working, do not worry – our devices are covered by a five-year warranty. If they fail, we will repair them or replace them with new ones.
To benefit from the warranty, follow the steps below:
Check the connection instructions and the product’s power requirements – most problems result from incorrect connection or use of the wrong power source (e.g. alternating voltage instead of direct current).
Following the user manual, factory reset your device and check if the issue is resolved. A common cause of problems is incorrect device settings.

In most cases, our team can help solve the problem via e-mail (support@blebox.eu). However, if the employee confirms that the problem is caused by a damaged device, send it to us.
Send the devices to your distributor or send them directly to us. Remember to include your details (name, surname, address and contact number), a description of the problem and proof of purchase in the shipment – this will significantly speed up the processing of your request.
If the device is damaged, it will be repaired or replaced with a new one and sent back to you. We hope it will serve you for many years!
