When the controller is used for electric underfloor heating, eg with cables or heating mats, the thermoBox can be operated with one or two probes *.
Usually the probe is placed in the room, mounted so that it does not touch directly, e.g. a wall or floor.
The dual probe operation mode allows you to measure the temperature in two places, e.g. in the middle of the room and on the floor.
thermoBox allows not to exceed the safe temperature for the heated surface.
* NOTE: additional probe available in 3 lengths.
The control of radiators and water underfloor heating is also possible with the thermoBox.
Note: is required an additional 230V solenoid valve or electrothermal head.
thermoBox will also help you with wireless control of:
– Electric heaters
– electric oil heaters
– fan heater
– pool heaters
– flow heaters
– aquarium and terrarium heaters
– heating mats or ceramic heating ” lamps”
– sanitary water central heating
– Solenoid valves
You don’t even have to get out of bed to comfortably control the heating. Connect the thermoBox to a central heating boiler equipped with a control input and configure the rest in the application.
Turbo mode is a great way to heat up or cool down faster for a specific period of time. When visitors come unexpectedly, or it is very cold outside, Turbo mode will perfectly meet your heating or cooling needs.
Connect a wall push-button to quickly e.g. to turn the heating on or turn off the turbo mode with a long press.
In addition, you can also control with the inBox and the μRemote remote control, to always have the commands and settings you choose close at hand.
To control how the temperature values change in a given room, select the type of diagram most suitable for you and use the annual history of temperature measurements:
– data up to a week ago – is saved every 5 minutes
– data up to one year ago – is averaged per hour.
Advanced programming system with an astronomical clock (calculated at sunrise and sunset), which allows you to adjust the set temperature according to the time of day.
Feel safer at home, because thermoBox is equipped with a self-diagnosis system for a correct connection and a system for detecting measurement errors (e.g. when the probe cable is cut, during operation in an electromagnetic environment with interference)
